Salmon curry – no coconut

Sunday special – kerala salmon curry (super easy)
Salmon pieces
2 onions, Finely chopped
6 garlic chopped
3 inch ginger chopped
Curry leaves
Red chillies dry
Sliced tomatoes x2
1/2/3 tsp- haldi, chilli pd, dhaniya
Kokum optional

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, onion, ginger, garlic. Fry until translucent. Add sliced tomatoes and curry leaves. Stir till it becomes a mushy mix. Add hot water, drop the salmon pieces, Kokum and cover and cook till done.

Serve with hot rice!
